    STLXTS,

Sorry to read about he issues you're having with your XTS. I know I would be frustrated as an owner, especially with such a new car. Please let us know if you're able to find the solution at the dealership. You can contact Katie Katie_Lucille@gmexpert.com. If you do send a PM, please include your VIN#, name, address, situation, and the dealership name. I hope all is resolved quickly and that you'll be back up an running soon. Thanks!

If you are past 3 months, and have renewed your XM, it does not automatically include your weather app. that is a separate, $1.99 a month, charge, make sure you haven't "touched" the trunk release button in the car, or on the fob, they are both very sensitive......sorry about the rattles, if you have the space saver, check and see where your FUNNEL is, in the tire well....mine was rolling around and that was a "rattle" type noise.....try to pinpoint whats happening at the time the CUE goes blank, it might help the dealer.....

    Re: cue volume fix

Just took delivery of a new XTS-4 last week and discovered it also has this problem, though I hadn't narrowed down the cause. I was attributing it to a sticky steering wheel volumn control button. I, too, will contact Katie.

    Thanks, Cadillac!

I had a problem once with this on another GM car. Parked the car on the street, walked away and put the fob in my pocket. Returned 15 minutes later to find the trunk open - and all items removed for me by who knows who.

When I rent cars I usually get Asian vehicles. On the fob, to pop the trunk release you have to press and hold a few seconds. No instant press. Much better.
