    agreed...the XTS is not for chasing the Europeans

    For that they would need a V8 and RWD/AWD

    the STS was more that element...and I am certain by any standard the STS was not a financial sucess for GM

    Just based on the low lease rates and 20-25% off sticker they were sold for just to move cars


    Perhaps the XTS is chasing the mid tier Japanese buyer...the sub $50K market

    That buyer is more concerned with reliability and resale than driving performance
