In a way, this works better than the XTS coupe. A drop-top rolling creampuff is definitely an appropriate niche for Cadillac to fill.

We'll see a CTC convertible first before an XTS size Cadillac will go convertible

I can see my HairClub for Men hair blowin' in the breeze as I drive along Pacific Coast Highway between Corona del Mar and Laguna Beach. 'Course have to retire first....

I'd love me a CTS convertible, but the Cadillac rep at the auto show sounded pretty confident when he told me that the body of the CTS isn't appropriately engineered to become a convertible

man, I miss the days when that was my commute home from work
but I guess if that never changed, I wouldn't have sold my little convertible and ended up with the Caddy...

This would be awesome and I guarantee even the people who hate Cadillac the most and still claim that the CTS-V sucks ( some people just never give in ) would even admit this is anice

Probably all Infiniti G37 drivers. Let 'em hate. I have a lot of fun torching them at stoplights.

The proportions are all off. It looks like a slab of car.

Actually, I know what it is. The windshield is sitting right on top of the wheels like a 90s Dodge Intrepid. It looks pedestrian because of it. A full size car looks better with RWD proportions.

    Re: Cadillac XTS Coupe Convertible

While not ugly it could use a re-think. The hood needs to be longer in proportion to the rest of the car. And for once, in contemporay convertibles the windshield needs to be less raked allowing for more "air" over the driver (with that much rake and coverage he might as well be driving a hardtop). Honestly, it brings the Rolls Cornische convertible to mind .... certainly no beauty and only a head turner in the same sense that a hearse is a head turner. The only reason Rolls was able to sell those things is that their are those people with the money and the all consuming desire to say "I'm really rich" that they will buy an ugly piece of crap like the Corniche!

Please Cadillac bring us something drop dead gorgeous ..... any thing less is just a waste of time!!
