I am having a difficult time finding replacement run flats. Any recommendations for high quality replacements?

I have heard that Michelin makes good replacements. There is a thread somewhere that goes into the run flats (rough ride, lower lateral g, etc.) vs. standard with a can of goo and a compressor. It is a trade off, and depends a lot on how you drive.
