    Side emblems missing?

Does any1 know if the V emblem and the "supercharged" emblems was installed on all XLRV's ?. Just acquired one that looks as original mint as possible, yet the side emblems are not there. If so, where can they be found?

Need a photo of that I guess. The XLR & the V emblem is only on the trunk lid. Most GM dealer/service folks that have seen this insists original condition...just wanted to know if it was an option...I kind of like the body w/o the extra name plates...but also a oem guy

    Johnxlrv,

    Congratulations on your new car!
It looks really sharp & clean.
Take care of it and enjoy it!

Attached are photos of how my car emblems are mounted.
    Hope this helps.

    P.S.,
I'm pretty certain on the 2009 XLR-V's, there was no Supercharged emblem on the doors as in all the preceding years.

    Re: Side emblems missing?

That's one of the reasons I removed mine. All I left was the V on each fender. Also removed trunk V and XLR letters.

    Thanks,

Made the order on the website. After looking at my front pads, I suspect I should be after those as well...again '06 XLRV

    Re: Side emblems missing?

    I just replied via email.

regarding the front brake pads they are pretty expensive

    OEM/ACDelco pads
    #19152863
    $277.98 - list price
    $173.74 - your price

    ACDelco Durastop Ceramic pads
    #88909667
    $127.68 - list price
    $79.80 - your price

    ..

i have durastop pads in stock
do not have the oem pads in stock

also adding these will increase your shipping a bit because of the weight

    cheers,
    chris
