    XLR V Exhaust sound

Is there any way to have the car tuned so the great sound you hear at higher RPM's comes out sooner

Get a mild to wild remote unit, install it and it sounds GREAT with the baffels open all the time

Does the Z06 model work seemlessly on the XLR? I did not see it available for the XLR V?

    Re: XLR V Exhaust sound

I purchased the Mild 2 Wild. The instructions are minimal but in the Z06 fuse box there is an "exhaust fuse" I do not see one in my XLR V. Do you know which fuse I would hook this up at? You mentioned the trunk area, I was't aware there was a fuse box in the trunk area. Help! Thanks

    Re: XLR V Exhaust sound

Thanks XLRV man for your help. When I read through the thread I saw one method running a wire to the console and one that said it is just a plug in. I purchased the remote model and I see the control module in the trunk that is displayed but if this is a plug in I don't see a fit. I tried a direct reply to you but for some reason the site rejects me even though I joined. I'll figure that out later. CRAIG cletts@capitalrty.com

I see the box in the panel on the left side of the trunk. I purchased the remote M 2 W. ~Do I still need to cut the wire or is there a direct plug in. If there is a cut where exactly does the live end attach to the box?
