    Lightbulb XLR Tutorial

Cadillac.com has an interesting Flash interactive overview for the XLR. You hear the voice of the engineers and designers as they talk about the exciting features. For example....heated AND cooled seats! They stressed the "intuitive" environment of the XLR and how it makes you want to touch everything inside as soon as you sit down. There is no key, just a little gizmo you press that grants you access to the car, and then you press a start button. MAN i want one!!

I traded in my 03 CTS for a 05 XLR and it was well worth it. I liked the CTS but I luv the XLR............XLR.jpg

    Re: XLR Tutorial

Nice color. I passed up a black one as my last two sevilles were black/black, too hard to keep clean and very hot in the summer(for me, not dissing anyone with a black car they are beautiful when clean). About 8 weeks ago I picked up a 2004 silver XLR w/ 40K on the clock and one owner. I believe it is Satin Nickel but not 100% sure. I drive it every day. Only problems so far. Loose intake bolts, corroded positive battery terminal and replaced door entry switches. Fixed all easily for under thirty bucks. Only regret is I wish I had bought one sooner. What a ride!!! Good luck with yours.

    Regards,
    Rich
