Greeting all, My name is Vern and I am a new owner of a 2007 XLR Platinum painted the purple and it is stunning. I have owned 4 corvettes but I just love the hard top convertible feature. What can I say other than "awesome" to drive and even better to own. I look forward to chat and learn from you fellow forum members. Pictures to follow. Thanks, Vern

Congrats on your XLR! ... And welcome!
There are indeed some idiosyncrasies with some aspects of the car that will need some easy attention to keep things in top shape. Be vigilant on getting that dexcool coolant changed out. Look elsewhere in this forum for the top control module location ( in the trunk area ), were a tiny moisture drain hole plug can ruin your day. Lower your visors before raising the top or the roof can snap the hinges of the vanity mirror cover.
Small things like that...
But hey, enjoy your very special car!

Re: 2007 xlr
I purchased an 07 4 years ago with 7,000 miles for $46000 in Fla. Only problem has been with the hard top. Two services under warranty. I purchased extended warranty and glad I did. It was very reasonable price. Love the car, will keep it forever. Ron
