Move Top From Remote (2)
Use remote for Trunk Open
With trunk open find if pressed again signels any additonal relay pick and can be used to start step (2)
(2) Find where relay is to trigger trunk open Power to motor,
Find power for top switch Down Only ( right )
Power switch for top down action
Use a relay to Pick switch for down action hold relay open till top down
Start Car Unpick switch and top is down
and now warning that the button is stuck etc..
Now just one night to play with a volt meter and a trip to radio shack,
Humm seems like it pretty simple
Back in 1990 I had a 86 trans am that I could put the windows up and down by remote, had a viper alarm with proximity sensor that is some one put there hand in the car it would put the windows up on them " it also said protected by viper stand back "
Under the dash looked like well you can only Iamage I had to design the system by hand and many nights getting the windows sensors right. It had to know when the window was all the way up and all the way down to stop powering the motors etc.
Xlrs top is the same principle only it has senors when it it all the way down and all the way up ( closed open )
think about it as if you just need someone to hold down the switch and then make it happen.
and.... what is need to make it work power, relay, trigger to start the process ( hate have to carry and extra remote so trunk make sence ) and ....
Find what is triped when down and reverse process for up RIGHT?
Kinda cool had way too may 100 in one kits from radio shack when I was little.

Re: Move Top From Remote (2)
Well sounds easy enough, but what about turning the car in acc mode? It can't be in the off position to hit the button, how will you by pass that?
