Help--PLEASE

Having Problems with my hard top -- Won't Raise Up Or Down---Display says Top NOT Secure. We did finally get it to go up BUT now we can't get it to go Down!!!
Also my Rear View Mirror Lights Won't shut off!!

Please any help would be APPRECIATED--Probably have to take it to a Cadillac Dealer. Hopefully nothing costly or serious.
Or maybe something simple that has happened to some of you.

Check with dealer on top issue. You can turn off mirror light with control on right of dash below Information button - second one down.

Make sure the divider in the trunk is in place and latched. The top will not operate if it is not in place to prevent lowering the top on objects in the front portion of the trunk. Doug-J
