XLR Power adder S/C Turbo Anything

Has anyone ever made a centrifugal supercharger kit or turbo charger kit for a Standard XLR? My boss has one and I don't think it's possible after some preliminary research.

Will the trany hold any extra power? Rear end?

How about the fuel system are they similar to the V Series XLR?

Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction if this is possible.

Thanks!

Reach out to Procharger. They seem to build them for virtually all apps.

Re: XLR Power adder S/C Turbo Anything

To be perfectly honest with you anything can pretty much be done, its just a matter of if he wants to drop that kind of money into it. With XLRV prices dropping, it might be better served to trade into one of them and then start modding. We can bump XLR-V power up to 600 pretty quickly. What kind of power is he looking to get out of it?

As for the XLR. If you are going to add boost, it would most likely be in the range of 4-6 psi on stock internals. Depending on the year of the XLR, you might run into issues with tuning it safely. The good news is that you can always use the rear end from the V for the power increase.

Let us know if there are any questions. I see you are in SoCal, drop by if you are in the area.

Thank you,
