What really sucks is they never seem to say just how bad BMW..treats their customers. You buy the car and they are all over you answering all your questions and BAM....take it in for service and they could care less about you. BMWNA is the worst in the world and that is a fact....they never call you back email you or resolve anything...and they have no control over the dealers at all. Go to any BMW forum and youll see that........in my opinion it will be the demise of such companies like BMW and Mercedes unless they can get the "If they buy our cars they will keep doin so no matter what" out of there heads.....I already know people that are getting rid of Mercedes and BMW's because service sucks......they should all look at Infiniti and Lexus for dealer service training.

On another note.....im very pleased with Cadillac.

Keep in mind that that was for 2001 models, im pretty sure Cadillac has vastly improved since then... especially without the Catera

That article was new as of yesterday, and they are talking about last years models, because it takes a year to assess them.

Scroll to the bottom, and then click on "To see the whole VDS..." (2004 JD Power)

I meant the models of the cars in that time period. Not when it was tested.

That's too bad about the service with BMW. My aunt has a BMW 7 series, and so far so good. I'm pleased with Cadillac service also, but they seem to charge more just because it's a Caddy!
