I strongly dislike autozoom
I strongly dislike autozoom. The last thing I want when preparing for a maneuver is to have less information, which is exactly what happens when the map automatically zooms in, cutting off more of my route that I want to see.
I see no options anywhere to disable autozoom. Does anyone know how to disable this "feature" or how to complain to Cadillac in the hopes of a firmware update with such an option?

Re: I strongly dislike autozoom
I was just thinking the same thing today. Also, it has no way to pick the correct autozoom level - a rural highway is different from a urban surface road for desirable zoom level. This was just a bad idea. Making it worse, if I had specifically previously selected my own zoom level previously - it doesn't go back to it - how dumb is that? and making it even worse, it even does the autozoom thing for turns where it is telling me to stay on the same road. So I have to constantly correct the zoom level back to what I wanted even though I'm not turning. And to pile on a bit more, why does it disable the clock when it is giving directions? The clock does not need to go away to display the turn. Just bad UI throughout. As for petitioning for a disable feature upgrade, "get in line". Firmware upgrades are like never. And if they focus on fixing bugs before correcting bad but usable features, you'll have worn out your CUE before getting an upgrade.
