    How to re-boot CUE.

While I was discussing my problem about loosing favorites with the Cue hotline (BTW, they say they haven't heard of loosing favorites???), it was suggested that I re-boot CUE: Car off, driver door left open for about 5 minutes - that's it. CUE said that this is just like turning your computer off and then on, and that nothing is lost. I tried it and nothing was lost, but too early to see if it fixed my loosing favorites issue.

They've heard about it at least once...when my dealer complained to them after they reproduced my problem. The dealer told me the CUE hotline said they were aware of it, but there wasn't a fix available yet. This was in Aug/Sept. The dealer was so apologetic and nice about it, so in the end I didn't get that angry. But if someone on the CUE hotline is telling you they're not aware of it, they're lying or they just started working today.

I also heard that to reboot you needed to leave the Que compartment open, then turn off the car, leave drivers door open for extended duration.... And I suspect touch your nose while standing on one foot
