CUE loses time, date, and timeshift after -20*C

So this is the fourth day in a row now where I have used my SRX in -20 or below (-30 today ) and this is the fourth day where CUE starts at 12:00, Jan 1 2013, and the timeshift feature turns off (from being on).

    Anyone else with this issue?

It's like they have a small battery (not the car battery) for CUE's clock and date, and it needs to be reset every time it freezes.
When you turn your car on, does it return the favour? '14 Cadillac ATS Performance 3.6L AWD in Phantom Grey Metallic and Morello Red Interior on order...

Sure sounds like it might have its own CMOS battery (like a motherboard battery in a computer, a CR2032 or something like that) based on that description.

We had -16F here (~ -26C) overnight into Saturday morning, and when I drove our 2013 Saturday afternoon there was no evidence anything had reset that I could see.

    Hello TheCaptain,

I am sorry to hear that your CUE has reset itself four days in a row under the cold weather conditions. Are you planning on taking your SRX into your Cadillac dealership to have this diagnosed and documented? You could also reach out to GM of Canada at 800-263-3777 regarding this concern. They can be contacted Monday through Friday 7:30AM to 11:30PM EST and Saturday 7:30AM to 6PM EST. Please keep us updated if they are able to address this concern.
