    CUE volume at startup

I tried a search but am traveling this week and all I can use is my iPhone (limited search capability)....

When I got in a friends 2013 SRX, before he started the car, the CUE unit starts and plays a cool little tone to show off initializing. My 2013 SRX does the same but with no volume. I tried to adjust volume but it doesn't respond. Does anyone know how to make the volume work?

    Hello matthayes3741,

I understand how you are looking for advice from other forum members and seeing if they have a resolution for your issue. I see you are traveling this week and are using your iPhone, so you might have limited capability for interacting, however I am more than happy to look into your situation with you. If you would like to further discuss your concerns with us, please reach out via private message or by email at socialmedia@gm.com when you have the chance.

    Sincerely,

Thanks Laura but I am looking for an answer other than "please call cue customer service."

Is this a. Issue or a simple setting that I need to adjust? Anyone?

Have you had your cue system updated?

Well if it was sitting on a dealers lot a few weeks ago then it should be updated.. Might still call to double check though.

    Laura,

It is somewhat frustrating that you've responded requesting PM... Your PM reply to me was to call CUE customer service. If Ltran has the same issue as me, I hope you will post the solution here... If your answer is for him to call CUE customer service, let me save him, and you, the PM....
