    No GPS after CUE update?

    I never had this problem in the 4 months I've had this car,
    after I had the CUE update I now periodically get a NO GPS icon and the map is only a compass arrow. Stays that way for a very long time, once - the whole day I had no nav at all.
    Anyone else seeing this?
    Dealer installed new faceplate, new screen and most recent CUE software.
    Do I have Yet - Another issue to take my car into the dealer?

    Katz, have you been in contact with the Infotainment Customer Support Group yet? I realize you're looking for advice from other owners, but please don't hesitate to contact their specialized team if you continue to have CUE-related concerns/questions. Agents are available at 855-428-3669, Monday to Friday 8:00am to 10:00pm EST and Saturday 8:00am - 4pm EST.

    I am sorry you are having issues with your CUE system. Just to let you know, you can contact our CUE specialized team if you have questions or concerns. Agents can be reached at 855-428-3669, Monday to Friday 8:00am to 10:00pm EST and Saturday 8:00am - 4pm EST.
