    Sdk?

Has anybody seen or heard if/when GM is going to publicly release the SDK for CUE? I'm very interested in designing/porting my own apps and customizing CUE, but I'm not having any luck finding the SDK / API.

Looking forward to the release of other GM-approved apps, as well!

i doubt there will be a public sdk ... you will probably have to go through GM to get approved to write an app for CUE

    just my instincts

    Re: Sdk?

I have been wondering that same thing,
I called GM and all I got to talk to was a marketing and development GIRLS, that could only read from the page.
They Didn't answer any of my questions, I still only thinking about buying til they can answer the questions....

Will there be a GM apps store?
    Will they allow outside developers?
    Can owner do the updates?
will they create more Apps for the car? what and when? soon I hope
I have a whole wish list of Apps that would be good for the car?

    Re: Sdk?

The SDK is public. I've installed it into Eclipse on my laptop.
    GM is encouraging outside developers.
Eventually there will be an App Store for vehicles.
GM must approve the Apps. After approval they can be downloaded and installed. From what I can see there isn't a sideload method.

What kind of apps are you looking for? I can hit up developers and see if anybody is working on something similar.
