tim's lower pulley and dyno tune

Took my 07 sts-v to get tuned with tim's lower pulley.i already had spectre intake and
magnaflow resonator xpipe and mufflers.so with those already installed they did a base line and ended with 351 and 337tq.car felt slower with those installed compared to stock.so I was glad to get the power back that I lost.so they installed tim's lower, new belt, 60lb injectors, new plugs
With smaller gap and tuned.final numbers,434 and 454 tq.83 hp and 117 more tq at the wheels
is something you really can feel.just figured I'd share my progress with you guy's and say thanks to Tim

Nice numbers! I love that lower pulley! 83rwhp and 117rwtq for under $900 plus tune and intake. Can't beat that.

Damn good numbers! I put down 441 with the d3 intake,TimC 2.55 pulley, and no cats! Got timmy's intake, throttlebody, headers, heat exchanger, rotorpack, blower ported, and crank pulley. Hope i can crack the 500 rear wheel H.P. on the dyno.

DAMN I just spoke with Tim about this I didn't know the power jump was of this magnitude. So can I cars run with stock V2's ?

Intake, throttle body, ported blower, rotor swap, headers, tune. 480rwhp/490rwtq. Hit 490rwhp on one pull.

This is all on a mustang dyno. A Dynonet will typically show slightly higher numbers.

Automatic v2s are around 440 stock on the same dyno I'm using.

Re: tim's lower pulley and dyno tune

Good luck ever finding a stock v2. And if you do they will not race 9 times out of 10. But yes 470hp and knowing how too use the power and not brake the rear. You can run with all most stock v2. In the 1/4. Over that say highway. Don't try. Your heavier and they trap faster. I ran 12.14@114.89. A v2 ran 12.18@116.50 we both had 1.8* some thing 60 ft,s. so from a roll you would need 500+ to off set the 300-400 lbs. my cars race weight was 4670. Most v2 4300-4500.

Ps: some one go beet my 12.1. I have a new set up for the new car that will put me in the 11s. But I don't want to wast the time changing every thing till some one goes faster than me lol.

There's no way your car weighs almost 4700 lbs. Mine was less than 4500 with a full tank of gas and some crap in the trunk plus me in it.
