    Hp tuners

I have the beta version (newest) and was wondering what kind of stuff you guys are doing with your trans settings and maybe a couple other parameters like cams etc to wake this beast up. Anybody have any trade secrets they'd like to share with us?

    Re: Hp tuners

Whole my tuner has never done an STS, he has done many 6l80s. He tuned up the trans and it has been a ton better. The trans feels determined and knows what gear it needs to be in. Before it would just float around and pick whatever gear it wanted to be in.

I would suggest you lower your shift times. I didn't change my shift pressures by much. Before you play with your settings make sure you save a copy of your stock tune to a CD just in case. Play in the Supercharger Torque settings. To give you an idea, I have changed around 200+ parameters from stock so I could go on and on....

I posted something similar when I got my EFILive and wasn't able to generate much discussion. As mentioned above, there is a lot to be gained in supercharger torque management. Do so at your own risk. You can set Spark, Fuel Cut, ETC all to disable. There are many trans settings to change, and your Maf/VE can all be tuned based on your mods.

    Re: Hp tuners

I got HP Tuners because I could not get answers to questions on the EFI site.
