    finally picked up my V

Well, after dealing with the credit union and being late to work, I finally have my 2008 V. I had to leave the dealership right after signing papers in order to get to work, so I didn't even get to drive it home. My wife did (scary thought I know). Can't wait to get home in the morning and take her for a spin and try to figure out all the little perks about this car!!

It's raven black with tango interior. And it has 82k on it, but I figure why pass one up. Considering how many there are, I was just happy to find one.

Re: finally picked up my V

My commute to work is 4 miles. It's bittersweet because I don't have to pile the miles on so fast, but I don't get to spend as much time driving. I can't think of a car I'd rather own.

I was skeptical at first, but this car is amazing! Woke up early to go drive around before I work night shift tonight and wow. And the looks this thing gets is pretty nice too. My wife got complimented/hit on by a car hop at sonic when she was driving it home yesterday lol. Guess she wont be driving anymore lol

Re: finally picked up my V

Is there a trick to the remote start with an 08? I can't seem to get mine to work. Maybe a key issue? It locks the doors and everything, just no remote start. Sure would be nice while it's 100 degrees in Texas. Any suggestions?

First you hit lock and then remote start. Should work

    ----------

And keep pressing remote start until it starts.

Re: finally picked up my V

Just hit the lock button once and then hold the remote start button. No need to keep pressing it. Some people like to give the lock button a double tap this way you hear the horn and are reassured you are in fact within range in case you can't hear the car start or you're not in a place where you can see the parking lights come on.

I thought keep pressing it and holding it was the same thing. . Keep you finger on it!
