I would be careful because ive read a lot of stories where people talk about swirl marks from covers. Good luck with whatever you do. Maybe depending on your situation you could get a pop up garage for a single car in could drive into

Re: Car cover
I would not use any if it was me. I had three black cars at one time and the covers even in the gurage did more damage than good. You open a door and the wind would blow in and dust would get under the cover and put swirls in the paint. And these were custom fit $200+ covers.
Hmm this is a bit of a dilemma for me as well. When I move back to ny I will be garage-less for quite a while. There's got to be something out there that is safe for the paint and probably pretty heavy duty. Probably going to have to pay top dollar for it.
I subscribe to both of those tips. I wax twice a year and I am tinted for interior protection. Still you can't beat garaging the car. Oh well I guess it has to live in the elements for a while. Ill research a good car cover.
PS that link has a 50%discount ,so a really good price-I stored a GTO outside with their cover for 3 years and it was fine--get the best they have, with the linen liner on the inside.DONT be tempted to put a tarp on it--the covers need to breathe.Id put on some liquid wax to protect from swirls. When you take it off/on just fold it one dont pull it over the car--itll be alot better than leaving it out BTW put some mouse traps by each tire they tend to like to crwalinto the engine comparment in the winter
Thanks, Torched10. I was looking at that same cover few days ago but wasn't sure. Some things are just too good to be true. I guess I will go with it. Also thinking about getting one of those tents for driveway in lieu of cover.
