Installed an after cooler and heat xchange a few weeks ago but just now am getting around to posting a few pics and video. I would have more photos of the install but during the phone broke we were using and everything was lost. Here is what I have and I will upload more video as the thread goes. Any request or questions just ask. Using HPTuners to tune the car with Jamie. He has been a life saver...
Mods:
TC Fab 2.4 Pulley
TC Fab 85MM Throttle Body
TC Fab Cold Air Intake
60lbs Sieman Injectors
Jebso Water Pump
Frozen Boost After Cooler
Flex a lite heat Exchange
Borla Exhaust
Thanks guys. The only new mods are the cooling things. I will post more video and photos on both links as time goes by but will let you know when it's updated from here.
Thanks. Everyone that comes up to the car says it sounds amazing. They like the engine noise more then anything. I let off barley. We are still tuning.
Today we changed the rear differential bushing. We ordered one from creative steel months ago but never got around to changing it due to the car being at the dealer. Well there is no need to rent the tool from them and the whole process took about two hours. Photos below..
Ill post up some numbers later from the hptuner logs.

When we first put in the heat xchange and after cooler our temps were stupid hot. We pulled the inter cooler coils out of the supercharger and cleaned them.. Check the photos out below.. It almost looks like someone put oil in the top of my supercharger at one point. I was the second owner and bought it from a very mechanically inclined person so im not sure on this one...
ouch. that sux man.. at least you got it all fixed up. glad im not the only one with werid issues. maybe invest in a catch can? over time that might be the cause of that oil issue. haven't taken mine apart yet but itll be getting ported and rebuilt in a few months, ill be sure to get pix of it.
That's very normal for any of the cars with miles on them say 50k and up are going to look like that. It's just engine blow buy any boosted engine is going to have it. In our car it just gets in the fins and can't get out.
Very very easy. If you want ill pm my number and you can call me if you have any problems.
