    Any brake tips?

I just ordered new rotors and pads, should be here mid next week. Any tips or tricks for replacing them? I've done brakes before on my Silverado and installed C5 vette rotors and calipers on my 1970 vette, just wondering if there is anything special about these before I get everything tore apart.

Since you are doing rotors also, don't forget the allen set screw on the hat portion of the rotors.

You will see them. They hold the rotor to the hub. Sorry but I can't remember what size it was but I do remember I had one so it can't be any weird size.

    Re: Any brake tips?

In case anyone else is reading this, the front caliper bolts are 19mm, the rears are 18mm. The Torx that holds on the rotors is a T30.

I replaced the pads and rotors over the weekend and I must say, what a big difference. The stoptech brakes are solid and feel great.
