    2004 STS back up lights

HELP! My back up lights do not work. When driving at night, the back up sensor continuously blinks one red light, not during day light hours, though. I have changed the relay. nothing. I don't see a fuse labeled for back up lights. There doesn't seem to be any access to the lighting itself, and there is nothing in the owners manual that I can find. Any ideas?

If I remember correctly there are fuses for each corner lighting of the car. I believe those are the ones under the rear seats. If it's not a fuse I'm wondering if it might be a switch in the center console shifter mechanism.
