    Navigation screen went out.

    My nav screen went out, you can still touch the screen to change radio staion, and sources. Just cant see anything. Has this happened to anyone? checked all fuses found none blown. Screen may have gone out. Thanks for the help and input in advance.

    If you end up needing to replace one I did on my old STS under $400 LKQ was who I bought it from. You'll have to program it to the car with a tech 2 if I remember right. I took it completely apart disc was jammed PITA many small screws. I wouldn't suggest it. Whole nav unit is easy to remove remove trim and 4 mounting screws 10 or 12 mm. good luck

    the removal isnt hard at all and shouldnt be an issue. have u tried resetting the car? it sounds werid but alot of nav units have had issues and that has resolved many. 400 is pretty cheap to replace the unit, really good price there!!

    But yes reset battery first
    Also if you call lkq they usually give you a better price my rep is vaun (855)-853-5377 tell him radical rob sent you thats my buddys shop

    I have had to reset mine twice with two seperate units by disconnecting the battery.
