Reprogrammed all the fobs with the new one as no. 1 ..got the key cut from lock smith as advised by mprice and fob upgrade is complete. Till now everything works like the old one .. haven't driven the car yet though so don't know if my personal settings are intact or i will have to reset them.. i will be glad to check something for you if you would like...btw the other source, mentioned in the thread, emailed me back but by then i had already ordered from ebay ..and i think i did good ..

To Get the blank keyed can they just cut the key It do they have todo more. I took mine to get keyed and they said it may not work because the blank is a little thinner than the stock key. Any info I could get would be great. Thanks Mark

As mentioned in other post take the key to a locksmith and not to a big box store. The key does look different then the original and the locksmith told me that it might or might not work but it does work. It cost me a buck and 2 minutes of time at the shop.
