    New Guy

Hi everyone, I just picked up a 2007 STS-V with 27000 miles here in the Seattle area on Monday. I have been drooling over these cars ever since they came out, but the $77K price was just way to far out my range. Now that they have come down to an affordable level, I traded in my 2004 Silverado SS.

I'm still getting used to all the bells and whistles, but all I can say is WOW. I had a 1970 Corvette that I swaped over to an LS1 and six speed. That was maybe a hair faster than the STS-V, but night and day difference in the smoothness of the supercharger. I really love how the car is docile and easy to control at low speeds, then really opens up when you get on it.

Anyway, just wanted to say hi.

    Welcome NEW GUY, JEFFB13
I am also still figuring out the bells, whistles and farts, on my Black Raven 07. I just got mine this past Nov. I hope you did the GM certified offer they have. Since these cars have all kinds of stuff that could go bad. I love every time I drive this car. I like the fact that you dont see a lot of the V's on the road. I have yet to see another V-STS, I have seen 1 CTS-V. I have met 3 others here in Atlanta, so they are out there. You will find all kinds of info on this site and great guys/gals too. So Welcome aboard !
