    Door window/mirror panels

I get rattles in my door where the phsical window and mirror buttons meet the cover (sorry, don't know what to call this) in my door. It seems that there should be a gasket here to absorb the rattles and to tighten this area. Is my car just missing a gasket, or do others experience this issue?

That's common. One fo my cars did that too. On mine it was the switches themselves rattling on their pivots. I had another set of switches that did not rattle so I swapped them out. You could do that if you found another set. They come off from the bottom.

If the switches are rattling, you may be able to silence the noise by putting a few drops of teflon lubricant (it's a clear oil) on their pivots. I don't have this issue so I can't guarantee that it will work, but i've done it in the past in other applications with success.
