    Re: how to override traction control on the dyno?

    Well we did what we were waiting to do as a last resort, unplug the rear wheel speed sensors

    368.30rwhp & 362.2rwtq

    We're letting it cool a bit to make another run. This thing is running so rich up top, from 5700 - 6200 it dropped from 10.5:1 to off the chart and in the 9's! So leaning this pig out will net huge gains. Wondering if the cats were getting too hot so the PCM was trying to compensate by dumping in more fuel.

    What are u tuning with. If u pull the fuse for the radio it will load the tune faster. It is under the pasanger side rear seat. Do not ask y but it works. Ryan

    Re: how to override traction control on the dyno?

    Today wasn't a tune. I just wanted to get a baseline.

    As mentioned above, those AFR's are way out in left field, so it will be tuned here shortly. But before doing that, I'm going to go ahead and do my exhaust and hopefully the intake.

    When you do that it should lean out the car by it's self. I did intake and exhaust on my car and if I had run it to red line it Would have blown up it was so lean. So it may be closer than you think when you re dyno. Good luck and just pull the abs fuse next time much easer. Ryan

    Re: how to override traction control on the dyno?

    I didn't gain much peak power between the stock and the tune. The tune is a little richer which gives me a better safety margin. If we had better gas out here in CA, the tune could have been more aggressive in adding spark. I actually lost power with the Wait4Me tune because the engine was pulling timing to prevent knock.

    I know an intake will lean it out some, but not enough to correct this. This is off the charts. From about 4,500rpm on, it's like throwing a rock off a cliff. Take a look;

    Where is the ABS fuse located. Today I'm dropping off my 2006 and getting a 2008 so I would definitely like to get my new V dyno'd. Last time we pulled the sensor wires on the rear wheels.
