    Cooled Seats

Has anyone replaced the seats from their V to a vented (AC) model? I can't believe that they don't offer cooled seats in the V when they do in the standard model. This is a pretty big deal for people that have had them in the past.

    Any advice?

    Re: Cooled Seats

I have thought about seeing if I can add the cooling ducts to the seats and change the climate control, but I haven't really investigated it.

You can only pack so much coolness into a V. Cooled seats would put it over the top!

I've wondered this, as well as the adapative cruise control.

Seriously, if the "V" is the flagship for the car, there should be no compromise on the features.

My old man has a LS460 with the AC seats.. they really don't do all that much. I loved the idea of the seats, before I tried them.

I do wish our seats were a little more supportive on the sides though.. Or at least have a sport seat option from the factory.

I would assume it has something to do with the suede inserts?

    Re: Cooled Seats

That is my thinking that maybe the suede's perforations aren't smooth enough for the air to pass through freely. I was still thinking about trying but this is very low on the things to do list.
