Borla 20155 (from the Borla website)Note: Products are shipped un-polished unless otherwise indicated.
Image shown may be a polished version.

That is a Stainless Steel Tip. It is just that the whole thing is not polished from Borla.

Yeah I see that. Im stuck on tip choice now ahhhhhh.
I really need to see what it looks like on the car.
I am real bad at forseeing that kind of stuff.
What made you choose your particular tip length?

I dont really mind the magnaflow tips you picked but the tips say magnaflow and no part of my system will be magnaflow ya know.

Did your exhaust guy advise you to buy those 60 degree pipes?
I was trying to explain that to my guy but I think he sort of knew what I was talking about but I guess he needs to look at it.

He said bring all the parts and we
    will make it fit lol.

    Re: WTB GMPP Exhaust

So I went to my exhaust guy this morning for him to check it out on the lift. First he told me my exhaust system is NOT mandrel bent.
Is this correct? When I brought up the 60 degree mandrel bent pipe he said I do not need it and that unless I have 700 hp it's not needed and it will not do anything for me. He said He would use and bend his own pipe. Do you think it's becuase he does not want to work with it?
The exhaust boxes are very small. They are 4x6x12. He also said he could cut off my stock tips and weld then on the new mufflers but I dont think I want to do that.

I went with the Mangaflow because of the cost. Remember I got my stuff at Magnaflow employee purchase.

As for the 60, I did not want to crush bend a 2.5" pipe because of the restriction due to the bend.

BTW: My exhaust is factory and it is Mandrel and verified by my exhaust shop. All the bends are the same size through out the bend and smooth and round, not crinkle or crush bent.

Thanks for all your help with my questions. I do want an entirely mandrel bent system. I do not want a crush bend either I think I will just buy them any way and say put them on. Will your exhaust guy have to bend the madrel bent pieces at all? Or just cut the stock pipeing in the right place?

Should not have to bend it anymore. We will just cut the factory pipe where it needs to be (the Vibrant pipe will need to be trimmed also) and weld the muffler to it.

    Re: WTB GMPP Exhaust

Stupid question, but Corsa must have dozens of variations on different catback systems for different makes/models of vehicles.

If I wanted to check ebay and search Corsa, many irrelevant listings come up - is there a specific model number that the GMPP setup uses?

    Thanks,
    Tim

    Re: WTB GMPP Exhaust

For our cars Corsa doesn't offer a cat-back. You can get the mufflers and have them welded in.

Ah, thank you - what's our best option for a cat-back? Is there a bolt on option? Is that the GMPP offering?

    Thank you,

    Re: WTB GMPP Exhaust

I installed a Corsa axle back for the STS V8
    http://www.corsaperf.com/product_loc...el=9&year=2007
The hanger had to be bent some so the exhaust tips would stick out. Otherwise the installation is clean.

Must've been a Borla setup that I saw that was GMPP - does that sound right?
