Passengers Airbag "Off" w/ passenger

It's not always, but I noticed this afternoon that while my wife was sitting in the passenger seat, the Passenger Airbag indicator was "OFF". She adjusted her position a few times, and made sure nothing was obstructing the sides, like her purse. It stayed off. Anyone got a clue? I'll check it again next family ride, but it just didn't seem right.....

You will need to have the passenger presence module replaced. Mine was replace three times.

In the meantime take the opportunity to compliment her on her looks - she must be losing weight and the car can't even sense she's there.
