Original Exhaust tips

I hate the ugly exhaust tips on my STS-V. Do they come off easy? I plan on swapping them when i finally get my car back.

I ditched mine for some magnaflows, along with my magnaflow setup

Mine came off easy enough when they replaced them with the GM Performance exhaust

But are the tips themselves welded to the exhaust?

The entire GM Performance exhaust, as seen there, for the STS-V was around 1100.00 (don't quote me on that). However your best source of info would be to ask Luke at Lindsay Cadillac about cost of it currently. He's the man for any questions about parts for our cars.

I'm going to call my local dealership in Calgary, CAN to see what the CDN retail is on that exhaust system. I wouldn't doubt it is at least double.

Hmmm...only $1400 CDN. Not nearly as bad as I thought. With shipping and exchange, it probably comes out even.

You know the funny thing F ? The V2's stock exhaust drones more than the GM exhaust for our cars at the low rpms. Of course any of that is easily solved by the right foot
