I believe there was more than one vehicle used in filming -- go back to Episode one at the opening sequence; when he enters the car thats obviously the steering wheel from an 06-07 model that you can see from the interior angle it was hard to see if it had the fugly side vent..

Now let me draw attention to last nights episode -- after visiting the 'informant' and the passenger side angle of the dash when they entered the car the trim on the dash was wood -- not aluminum but had the V logo (odd didn't know that was possible) and the steering wheel was definitely a 2008.

Maybe i'm wrong.. or being overly observant as usual

They could be using two cars, an 07 for "stunts" and the 08 for normal shooting. We'll just have to keep watching to look for clues

I live in the Naperville Area and one of the local detail shops told me that one of their customers has a black 07 and that it had the side vents taped on so that it could be used for still shots on the filming. This explains why you see two different interiors but the exteriors appear the same

Last nights was pretty good again. Didn't get to the the V until the very end of the show, but boy did it look sharp parked in front of that aircraft hanger.

Look like the driver has learned to take off the traction control and has been practicing some more with the car as they're getting smoother.
