Maybe Cadillac wanted to redeem GM for the previous V series. By that I mean VEGA! But in keeping with a bit of nostalgia, they kept the wheel hop from the Vega for the CTS-V. My 1973 Vega, with studded snow tires had wheel hop so bad going up a snowy hill from a start that I backed down and took a different road!
