I was pissed because to get it to even show in the vertical portion of the tube I had to add a decent amount. Anyway, just went for a drive and got back. Checked under the hood and coolant wasn't visible. I'll wait until it's cold and check again and add as necessary. Thanks.
It can take weeks if there is a air traped in the system.
Right on Mad. I thought I was doing something wrong. I would keep adding coolant and it would keep going down. Eventually it would stay in the center. It took me more than 4 weeks. I check it weekly now and its been holding its level. It's surprising how much air was in the intercooler.
