Not sure on the complete rate breakdown for leftover 2006's, but GMBuypower has at least 0% listed for the 36 month round (could also be longer periods, they just don't list them) OR $8000 cash rebate.

For 2007's, the 0% is listed in exactly the same way (Scott or another will have to chime in with what terms it's actually available for) OR a $2500 cash rebate.
