    2003 sts v8- no heat

Ok my HEAT, defrost A/C is on but no air blows from the vent. I was told to "bang"under the glove box which worked for the last several weeks. Now that doesn't even work HELP!!!!!
I checked coolant it was low....damn near none.
Could it be the blower? Is this something I can do myself?
B4 I take it to a $$$mechanic and they charge me for a right arm
and my 1st born, I would like to have a clear idea of what my options are.

    2 things

You have a SEVILLE STS not a STS. Wrong forum

Without coolant you will have no heat. If your blower motor wasn't working you wouldn't have any air blowing out of any of the vents at all. Hitting the dash would only work if you had a sticky blend door.

Find out where the coolant is going, that's your first task. Like said above, with no coolant comes no heat. I would get two things, 1) a coolant system pressure kit, this will aid in determining where the leak is, hopefully it's external. 2) A block test kit, you'll use this to determine if there are exhaust gases in the coolant system, this will rule out a HG leak if it doesn't come back as positive.

Curt has the right approach. Until you KNOW the source of that coolant leak, a blend door issue is the least of your worries. By 2003, the Seville's HG issues were largely corrected (we has a '98). They were very nice cars with great lines & performance (for a FWD).

Do check out the Seville forum. Members there will be able to guide you on the tasks you can do yourself, save some buck at an independent shop or need the specialized knowledge or tools of a dealer.
