Windshield wipers... What's good? It's a unique clip for the STS it seems as I got a set or Michelin wipers from Costco and both fit options didn't work.
What's good? Re: Windshield wipers... I buy wipers and brake pads only from the dealership. The aftermarket just doesn't do it for me with either. Re: Windshield wipers... I use Bosch Icon or RainX Latitude wiper blades from Napa/Advance Auto, they work just fine for me.

1995 Seville Touring Sedan - 2005-2006 Re: Windshield wipers... I think the GM ones work better even if they are 'cost-reduced' versions of the ones available a few years ago before the original part numbers were superseded. As a recall, Bosch are at least priced competitively. Around here, RainX cost more than the dealer's. I think the only harder ones are Triple-edge. Re: Windshield wipers... Anything else I tried, especially the Costso Goodyears, don't fit or look right like the originals. They last, for Me, 2-3yrs. I'll keep buying them from on-line dealerships... Re: Windshield wipers... Bosch or Michelin is what I use. Little pricy but worth it. Re: Windshield wipers... I need to change my wipers as well. Currently, I use the Michelins and replace every six months. Are the dealership wipers that much better? Re: Windshield wipers... My Michelins usually last at least three years, of course my STS resides in the garage most of the time. What brand makes them with the stock clips? The wipers I've been seeing aftermarket all use the two attachment styles that aren't compatible with our car.
Called the dealership, said its a "euro" style clip. Local dealership wants 25.00 each blade for the OEM.
Gmpartsdirect has them for 7.50USD each but as a Canuck they won't accept my payment Re: Windshield wipers... I'm south of you in Tacoma, WA. If you like we can have them shipped to me and then I can ship to you...or perhaps try www.rockauto.com I think they like Canucks Re: Windshield wipers... haha thanks for the offer. I usually get things shipped to Point Roberts Washington which is 2 mins from my house.

Went to a parts store and got the correct part numbers from a buddy behind the counter. I initially used the electronic look up at the store and it gave me the wrong ones.
