Hi, I don't know of any in the Bay Area but I can recommend one in Sacramento. Kuni Cadillac on Fulton Avenue is a very reputable dealership and they get the job done right! Hope this was helpful!

For anything more advanced on an STS than oil changes, tires & brakes a good dealer may be less expensive and more reliable than an independent.

Some things do require GM resources.

    Good luck.

No such thing as a good dealer I'm confident I can save big time staying away from dealers there there to support the dealership to many bad experiences don't lie 8 out of 10 dealers are shady

I'm not in the car business; never have been, nor do I ever plan to be. But this is clearly false. I know two good Cadillac dealers within 25 miles of my home. One is less expensive, but they don't have Caddy loaners and they don't wash my car before I pick it up. Both take some management from me to get the best results, but that isn't all that unusual.

I know forum members have reported a lot of dealer horror stories and I don't doubt that they are true. They may even be common. But there are people of all types everywhere. I think you're making a mistake not to find the best dealer in your area and cultivating the best relationship you can. They can help you. You are only a victim if you choose to be one.

Success in any endeavor is aided by managing relationships between all participants. That's really why even many independent shops use service writers. The best techs are people that are good with machines, not people. Making them talk to typical drivers about a cars issues can drive a tech (and the potential customer) crazy.

    Relax. Have fun.

    Good luck!
