I cant really tell from this picture but if you think it's a clamps issue just get couple c-clamps from autozone or whatever and replace them.

If it's the rubber pieces between the two metal pieces , it's the low pressure
return hoses , If you pull the hoses, (Existing) off, the fluid will run out.
I recommend changing both, Hoses of this size are available by the foot,
at your localauto parts store, Try to get the high temp type, and not
windshield washer hose, or vacuum hose.
The existing clamps should work OK, as this is LOW pressure, return fluid.
Do NOT forget to refill it after you complete changing out the hose short sections.
Do Not overfill, if you do, use a folded paper towel to suck out excess.
It bothers me, that there are 2 Lines like this.Normally only One return ?
    I will eyeball mine tomorrow.
    Happy Motoring

that's where it's leaking from doesn't seem to be coming from the Hoses but from the black rubber piece it has a thin layer of Steel wrapped around it it doesn't look like you can loosen it or take it off, its not the average clamp that's next to it and I show people someone said maybe it comes in one piece like that ,I have not tryed putting a c-clamp over it I don't know if that would work

still cant tell if it's part of the hose or the metal pipe, if it's part of the hose then just replace the whole thing, follow what Subsailor613 said about getting the high temp one...
If it's the metal pipe then you'll need to replace that part, I will not recommend using anything to seal the leak.

me too I can't tell if it's part of the hose or the metal pipe when they join together it looks as its crimped ,,I called the Cadillac dealership there not much help in the parts department said there's four different kinds of holes is ranging from 150 to 350 Lol it may just be a seal I don't know and no one can tell me either I was hoping they could just put another black rubber piece in there no one seems to know too much about this

yeah I'm not going to bother putting a c-clamp or leak stoppage thanks for your help guys if anyone else knows anything please let me know!!!

I'd say do your checks, and try to DIY it, if your hose have some length in it, just cut it a bit shorter and install c-clamp on it, this way if it's still leaking then it's the metal pipe.
