2006 STS rear end jumping and clanking

Hello I was wondering if anyone knows if there is some kind of bushing for third member ? Everytime I shift from park to drive there is a clanking thumping noise from rear end. I lifted it up and seen that when it goes from park to drive the third member jumps up causing the noise. Trying to figure out if its an external issue or internal 3rd member problem, thanks for any help I am new to this site.

Its going to be the bushing on the front of the differential. It is most likely torn. It runs about $30-40 for the OEM part. There are also aftermarket parts of different hardness available
