    Front wheel bearing

Can anyone help me with the torque spec for a front bearing nut on a 2009 STS-AWD?

I'm going to attempt to replace the front wheel bearing because the traction control light comes on intermittently and when I plugged in, the "sensor failure" response comes up.

    Anyone ever have this issue?

    Thanks
    Mark

Do you have access to a scanning to check the speed of the sensor that's in question? Look for no speed while driving or erratic changes in value

You're certain it's not the sensor? I believe the bearings are replaced as part of an assembly.

    Notice:
Avoid tool contact to the outer constant velocity boot seal when removing the wheel bearing mounting bolts.
Failure to observe this notice may result in damage to the CV boot.

Install the wheel bearing/hub mounting bolts.
Tighten the wheel bearing/hub mounting bolts to 135 N.m (100 lb ft).

Install a new wheel driveshaft retaining nut.
Tighten the nut to 160 N.m (118 lb ft).
