Hi, I tried to activate my Homelink to my garage and it won't connect. Any info would help!

You need to give more information. Is the opener a analog receiver or a rollling digital one?

Hi ETC, it is a rolling code. I wonder if that's the problem.

Rolling code should not be a problem. Mine works just fine. Not all brands of opener however will work with HomeLink. You should be able to check the HomeLink website for more information. I have found that setting these up is sometimes very tedious. Once you know that your opener is compatible, read all the directions is your manual and follow them EXACTLY. Remember that some of the actions you must complete are time sensitive.

^^^ There are some new Hi-Security openers now. You can get old-style activators and wire them in to work with Homelink if you need to. Your garage-door service company can fix you up.
