CEL on getting codes of running too lean.

It doesn't feel like nothing is wrong with it. I just want to know how bad it is for my car and how can I fix it.

it's probably not detrimental to the health of your car. I'm guessing your post means it doesn't feel like anything is wrong. I'm a perfectionist so I'd get it fixed. I don't know of any long term issues you can run into leaving this alone. There is always the band aid approach of putting higher octane gas in the car.

If you have the Northstar check your intake manifold bolts...They are known to loosen.

Now after driving it today at idle it starts to get rough but anytime above idle its perfect. What could this be? I just got it out the shop for HG and a valve job so im not trying to do any damage cause this car has to last me another year. And I an still running lean on both banks what could cause it to run lean.

Again, there's a good chance those lean codes are being set by loose intake manifold bolts...Have them inspected or check them out yourself...

Check the intake manifold bolts. Try it. You'll like it.
