I know about the polarbear05 thread and have done the reading but I'm getting alittle confused. I'm installing a navi to a non-navi STS 2006.
I have purchased: 1) navi 2) pink gps antenna 3) 7.00 disc update..but I read that I need some other wires? Like a VSS or something? I need to know wut I need before I attempt to install. Please direct me to wut I need. Any advice helps! Thank you!

You can install everything without the VSS wire. With out the Vss the nav will be stuck facing east on the screen. In the conversion thread there are pictures of where the VSS wire is located in order to hook it up.
