    Re: Dash Panel Help

You need to remove the trim around the center stack first. It simply snaps into place so gently work around the outside and pop it out. Once this is done, you will be able to pop out the trim around the cluster in the same manner.

    Easy peasy.

If you're a DIYer, I recommend getting a shop manual on DVD or subscribing to Alldata.

Yes. This part covers one edge of the cluster trim.

Take your time removing that trim and start from the bottom with a small screw driver. It can crack and is really expensive.

I figure that the interior trim is expensive being that they are real wood. But I shall get to that after I fix the rear window problem and figure out what fuses I need for all the 12v cigarette lighters.

It is pretty easy to remove, as the others said, go slow. Many have done this for the Nav retrofit. If you have some pictuers of the button replacement, post them up afterwards. My button is also peeling and I may want to replace it also.
