    The service manual says that the bumper comes off for _headlights_ not for fog lamps.
    The service manual calls for removal of front wheels and fender liners to access fog lamps.
    Likely you could get by just turning the wheels all the way over to get to them.

    Some folks go by the book...i don't have to remove my bumper to get to mine either....i only have to loosen the front side of the wheel well liners

    We have an auto bright lites feature? I use the auto turn on headlite feature.

    Read the manual. Cars with tt6 hid lamps have intelibeam.
