    GF performance Chip

    has anyone used the is GF chip on there STS?. I have an 05 and wanted to see if it is the real deal or if there is some other opitions i should be looking at to improve performance and MPH.

    I heard that snake oil can harm your engine because it is a solid and coats the engine with such a thick product actually damages the car over time, just something i read though.

    The only bonafide method of getting noticably more power from a 2005 STS is to trade a V6 model for one with a N*. Normally aspirated V8 owners seeking more power are well advised to trade for a 'V'.

    Any other measures (while pleasing to many members) will probably not make much difference. These cars were well engineered and not popular enough to attract many third-party developers.
